I grew up in the South eating cornbread multiple times a week so I am happy to offer this corn bread to my Wordsmith Bakery family. This cornbread is made from certified gluten-free, Non-GMO yellow corn meal from an Indigenous-owned company. The meal is made from corn that is Native American grown. The cornbread includes gluten-free pastry flour, and organic flax meal among other ingredients. It is totally gluten-free, vegan and soy-free.
