Our pie menu this year includes

Our pie menu this year includes 3 gluten-free crust choices, one of which is a Keto/sugar-free/low-carb/gluten-free pie option:
- Pecan Pie with Flour Blend of Sorghum, Brown Rice, Arrowroot & Tapioca Flour. This is my family's current favorite crust. (gluten-free/vegan/soy-free/corn-free) The pecan filling is made with dates & maple syrup & carefully sourced Georgia grown pecans and the pecan halves on top are from a Missouri farm.
- Pecan Pie with Coconut Flour Crust (gluten-free/vegan/soy-free/corn-free/grain-free) This pie is suitable for Paleo/grain-free diet). The crust is coconut flour and arrowroot starch based with coconut oil. The pecan filling is made with dates & maple syrup & carefully sourced Georgia grown pecans and the pecan halves on top are from a Missouri farm.
- Derby Pecan Pie--Keto/Low-Carb/Sugar-Free--This pie contains carefully sourced Georgia grown pecans and the pecan halves on top are from a Missouri farm. This is a great choice for anyone with diabetes or who is eating low-carb/sugar-free.

Pull-Apart Yeasted Rolls (8-pk). Vegan/soy-free/gluten-free.
Reindeer Fougasse--with cranberry nose.
Yeasted Epi Wreath Bread-our baguette recipe shaped & cut into wreath.
Christmas Sugar Cookies with Vegan Royal Icing in tree shape(minimum 4 or 6-pack order) gluten-free/soy-free/dye-free/vegan.
Chocolate or Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate or Vanilla Frosting +Dye-free Christmas Sprinkles (6 pack)
Cinnamon Rolls (4 pack) (you may freeze and then reheat & frost while warm)
Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies (6-pack). Gluten-free/soy-free/vegan.
Bronuts (must buy in pack of 2 or 6)--These donuts are a cross between cake donuts and brownies. They have chocolate icing and Christmas sprinkles (dye-free but not corn free. If you would like them omitted, we can do that with notice). A dollop of chocolate frosting is also put on top of each decorated bronut.
Lebkuchen (German Gingerbread)--6 pack of German gingerbread with authentic Lebkuchengewurz (German Gingerbread spice). Organic powdered sugar glaze.
Keto Rolls. These are dairy-free/gluten-free/keto/sugar-free/soy-free
Keto Russian Teacakes/Mexican Wedding Cookies (6 pack). These are soy-free/dairy-free/gluten-free/sugar-free. They contain eggs so they are vegetarian.

Pickup is available on either:

Saturday, December 21 from 8 am-6 pm at our home or

5-6 p.m in St. Matthews in front of Louisville Ballet School on Shelbyille Road

or 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at New Albany Farmers Market.

Monday, December 23rd 8 am -2 pm at our home in Lanesville OR from 4-7 p.m. in New Albany (likely on State Street at Target parking lot. You will be notified if I figure out a different location). Alternate location in St. Matthews 4-6 p.m. (in front of Louisville Ballet School on Shelbyville Road.

We recommend eating pies within a few days of pickup - Storage instructions below.

STORAGE >>

Pecan pies should be stored in their boxes on the countertop for a few days or refrigerate. IF you decide to reheat the pie, cover the edges of the pie with foil before reheating.

REHEATING CINNAMON ROLLS>>

You can freeze cinnamon rolls if you wish and then reheat OR you can reheat cinnamon rolls in the oven after being at room temperature.

IF you freeze them and then reheat after being frozen:

You can freeze the rolls, unfrosted. IF you freeze the rolls please wrap the pan in aluminum foil and possibly even plastic wrap...Yes, that many layers around the pan they come to you in. Then, when ready , you can thaw them out (I would do this overnight and after removing those extra layers of protection you had wrapped the pan and lid in) Then, you can warm them for just a few minutes in the oven (see instructions below under the reheat section), and ice them while warm.

IF you reheat after being at room temperature or refrigerated (not frozen at all):

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over the cinnamon roll and add vegan butter, if desired. Cover the cinnamon roll in foil and reheat at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes. Adding water prevents the cinnamon rolls from drying out.

REHEATING PULL-APART ROLLS>>

Our favorite way to reheat: Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 350°F. You may leave the rolls in the aluminum pan they came in OR place rolls in a baking dish or arrange on a baking sheet, brush with melted vegan butter. Bake until warm, 7 to 10 minutes.
